Use of Cookies
The condo bid website may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize condo bid pages, or register with condo bid site or services, a cookie helps condo bid to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as name, email address, and so on. When you return to the same condo bid website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the condo bid features that you customized.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the condo bid services or websites you visit.

Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users may opt-out of receiving any or all communications from condo bid by contacting us at our website.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PARTIAL EMAIL USE AS USERNAME DISPLAYED PUBLICLY
The website ad-listing system can use the first part of an email address (the part before the @ sign) in some cases when generating a “displayed name” which may be linked to or from a property listing, or several property listings, i.e. in public view. In some cases it is innocuous and/or a numeric value is appended, for example “george-45239187”. In other cases it may show an identifiable full name in the URL. Given the nature of this site and that it relates to condominium property listings, we expect genuine users to be adding real listings, this should not pose a problem, however we felt we should bring this to your attention before you join or post. If you are not agreeable to this scenario do not register on this site. You may consider using a secondary or disposable email address.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PHONE NUMBERS DISPLAYED PUBLICLY
When posting a listing your number may be displayed publicly. For this reason we request users to verify their mobile phone number by sending an SMS containing a PIN. When bidding, your phone number will be made available to the owner of the listing and this fact is made clear at the time of placing a bid.
Changes to this Statement
condo bid will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect changes in operations, company and customer feedback. condo bid encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how condo bid is protecting your information.
