Validity relates to the listing package. Lifetime of submitted listings is nominally three (3) calendar months, however, order before end August 2020 and they will run nine (9+) months and 1 extra bonus month – that is great value!
‘Featured Ad’ status may be applied to any suitable ‘Simple Ad’ listing and currently lasts 30 days after which time the listing will revert to a ‘Simple Ad’ listing. Each ‘Bump Up’ allows one refresh of the date of one listing – so it appears accordingly higher in results. ‘Video URL: Yes’ allows linking of one YouTube video URL to each listing as it is submitted. ‘Allow Tags: Yes’ means Tags may be entered for each listing as it is submitted. ‘Allow Bidding’ applies only to selected listing categories; currently ‘Condo for Sale’ and ‘Condo Parking Space’. Any feature labelled ‘Unlimited’ means until package expiry or until a new package is purchased and may still be restricted by other features. E.g. ‘Simple Ads: 5’ with ‘Allow Bidding: Unlimited’ means all five simple ad listings can have bidding enabled.
Free membership may allow for free submission of the 1st ‘Condo for Sale’, ‘Condo for Rent’, ‘Condo Parking Space’ or ‘Condo Share’ listing within a limited time period – see prevailing offers for details.
Paid listing packages (including Budget packages, Standard packages , Pro packages) additionally allow for submission of listings in the ‘Condo for Sale’, ‘Condo for Rent’, ‘Condo Parking Space’, other ‘Real Estate’ and ‘Condotel’ categories.
Automated listings in the premium ‘Property Services’ category will be available soon.
Only one listing package can be active at a time, valid until expiry, so, e.g. if you have a non-expired, but partially unused ‘Premium’ package and you choose to purchase a different package you will unnecessarily forfeit some features and functionality, e.g. the ability to submit a listing to a particular category.
Before selecting any membership package, please ensure you are familiar with the Terms of Use (see footer) of this site and have read the FAQs (see top menu) which include listing guidelines and the refund policy (no refunds are offered). Packages are non-transferable. Packages, pricing and contents of this site including but not limited to features, functionality, display periods and categories are subject to change without notice.
We do, however, consider the legal and moral rights of members and update the package information on the site before changes take effect, so that when purchasing a membership package it is clear what is included. For example, as a ‘Pro’ listing package is currently valid for 90 days and ‘Featured’ currently lasts 30 days we will calculate 120 (+1) days as the time needed to elapse after publicly posting a change to this page before we would reduce the actual duration setting of ‘Featured’ in the system’s programming.
We explicitly reserve the right to provide a higher quality or longer duration of service than advertised or agreed, so for example we may at our discretion extend the duration of listing duration, a package, or e.g. ‘Featured’ at any time, without warning, or notice should we see fit.
