Did you rent your condo to someone who doesn’t need the parking space, but you still want to generate some income from the parking space, or maybe even sell it?

Now you can list your parking space on condo.bid in its own category so it’s easy to find – ideal if someone lives nearby or even in the same development and needs somewhere safe to park their car.

When adding a listing, select Condo Parking Space then choose from sale, rent, per day, etc. as appropriate.

Listings for Parking spaces are planned to be included in Basic listing package – at just ₱299, but for a limited time you can avail of the Simple listing package at just ₱199.

You can add a photo of your space if it is useful to show it, but no picture is required.

You will need to register at www.condo.bid and verify your email and mobile number.
