Simply add your listing as Condo for Sale as usual. During the add-listing process, on the listing details page, select Auction-style listing – after entering the description select Enable Bidding and add an end-date and time, e.g. in 1 month’s time at 10am.

After verification, your listing will go live with the bidding feature enabled. Members of the site will be able to place bids on your listing. Please note that bids are non-binding and are intended to be a source of leads for potential purchasers who may or may not complete a transaction. Terms and conditions apply.
