There is absolutely No Air Pollution from vehicles because of our location and the breeze that blows gently from the sea past and through the many windows in our house which also keeps us cooler than it would otherwise be. We are only about 1 1/2 hrs drive to the World Famous Resort Island of Boracay, 5 minutes to New Washington (with lots of amenities), and 15 minutes to the Kalibo Airport. Kalibo is the capital city of the province of Aklan (with all the amenities and the government offices that you might need as a foreigner here)

This house is very new construction, and not even painted yet. We will be painting everything on our next trip there, (or you can buy it NOW, and select your own colors?). We have been going there for the last 3 winters from Canada, and doing some upgrades to the house each year. Latest upgrades are a Water Tower (so no more being without water), Concrete Patio out the back door (which you can park a motorcycle and a car), and Rain Gutter on Back.

We are living at the house from the end of Nov. to the end of April, so we are available then to do a very quick closing for the right buyer while we are in the Philippines. When we come back to Canada we just lock the place up tight and our friends and family watch it for us.
